I should have never gone to Taco Bell, I just thought I would try something new even though I had heard some bad reviews. After a 30 minute wait for a burrito, I thought things couldn't get any worse. It did... Super dry, hard to swallow, no or little sauce and no salad. Never again...

Hopeless! I ordered a $5 burrito and after 21 minutes waiting I gave up and asked for a refund. Glad I did because someone else had been waiting for over 30 minutes and still no end in sight. Shop wasn't particularly busy either and seemed to be well staffed. If you do decide to try remember to have a couple of hours to spare that you are never going to get back.

Sign on the door said short staffed but kitchen was full. Took 45 minutes for food but wrong order. So in total hour wait. & only about 7 groups in the restaurant. & everyone seemed to wait about same. At least half were given wrong. 1 had order lost after waiting an hour. The food, average to say least. Cold fries, tasteless beef, bean tacos. Quesadilla had life squeezed out more stuck to wrapping. Bonus, I didn't have to eat it. Number of very frustrated delivery drivers also stuck waiting.

Not a great first impression, walked in and food and rubbish under all the tables, many staff members sitting around chatting while I'm waiting to order just to be told they aren't accepting orders for 15 minutes. 20 minutes go by and still waiting, upon further looking around there are more staff members in the kitchen (which was filthy) walking around eating. Maybe three decent workers trying. Ended up leaving.

The beef is borderline inedible but to be expected from a chain taco store. The line wasn't long at all for a new store, and customer service was great. I'll get the chicken next time!

Dont bother. Dined in on sunday after my partner my son and myself waited 45 minutes for our food we decided to go up question why it was taking to long were told WE PRORITIZE UBER DELIVERY. No refund offered had to speak to the manager to get 3 dollar add on to my meal. Regardless the food being ok will not be going back in a hurry.

Terrible! Had to give it a try, and knowing that Mexican food is so fresh and snappy and almost impossible to get wrong, it seems they have managed to make a restaurant that specialises in ruining the food. Not much on offer in their very limited menu range, I tried their beef Boss Burrito and felt sick almost immediately. Had to drink water continuously for the rest of the day to avoid it coming back up.I’m actually glad I tried it so I now know to never do it again.If you have any self respect, avoid eating here.

Quick service, friendly front of house staff, cheap menu items but probably priced accordingly as it wasn't very nice food. The chips were soggy and lukewarm, the burrito fell apart half way through eating it. My partner ordered his burrito without tomato salsa, and they still put it in. It wasn't super busy when we went either so can't really use that as an excuse. Won't be rushing back any time soon unfortunately.

Best fast food, customer service is friendly, and food is great! Way better than Maccas. We come here once a week for our favourite crunch wrap.
