Communication problems, new management can’t speak English properly. Had an order stuffed up, ok things happen so spoke to manager, I didn’t order that burger I ordered this one. No problems will fix the problem. Told to park for 5 minutes, 10 minutes later I get same order again! When I get inside to complain, they treat me like I’m the one who’s got the problem???? Do better

Busy, waited approx 20 mins just for my daughters drink to be served, then 20mins later approx only got served as I questioned what was going on when it was less busy. My onion rings were tasteless due to being very burnt and my daughter returned her burger as wasn't what we ordered and waited another 20mins for replacement. All up wasn't worth time or money. Worst HJ I visited.

Terrible service from start to finish. Girl at the window serving was a bit hard of hearing and mucked my order up. I asked for a vegan rebel whopper and recieved a veggie burger. Back through the drive through to ask for what I originally ordered and had to explain THEIR mistake only to be charged again for their incompetence. Useless manager on duty. I'd give this place zero stars if I could..avoid. !!!

The worst service ever. Staff has no clue. One order was wrong 3 times, one customer got food had to wait 40 minutes for 1 coffee and orange juice. I waited 30 min for 1 brekky wrap and 1 toastie, . Most disorganised place. 2 little girls , kept moving food bags around. One customer was looking at his food getting cold. He got the remark, that they are busy. Suggestion: dont have cheep children labour, that dont have a clue. I walked out without my order, could not handle this incompetence any more. To the owner: you are clearly not intend on customer service or returning clients. Good luck

The food was as expected but it was very slow to come even when the place was not busy. There were left over spills on the floor that was not cleaned when the place was almost empty. There were also food packets left on the tables assuming there was no cleaner the staff should've cleaned the area. At the time of writing this review they didn't have shakes and ice cream which is quiet disappointing considering most if not all HJs around Australia always have ice cream and shakes.

Dropped by this hungry jack branch for lunch on my way from dunborough to jurien bay…the baconator and angry whopper was not found in Singapore so decided to go for these. Both burger was delicious and patty is juicy! Even have choice of the freeze! A pity the table and seats was dirty and we had to clean ourselves.

(6/6/23) 8:00pm - Waited for far too long in drive through line to receive food. Once pulled up to window, incompetent teenage staff members proceeded to chatter and giggle amongst each other mindlessly before handing over my meal. Very disappointed at this appalling service.

I will never go back to the Port Kennedy HJ. I took my two young grandsons for dinner last Saturday. The “boy” serving me asked me to repeat my order numerous times. I asked for a bottle of water at room temperature (not refrigerated). He had no idea. Two older girls came and knew what I wanted. One of them had been helping intermittently during my trying to place the order.The completed order took 15 minutes to be ready. It was not busy at the time.We went to find a table. There was only one almost acceptably clean table. My 10 yr old grandson was asking me to listen to his shoes sticking to the floor.The food was at best awful. I had a cheese whopper. The bun was stale/dry. The beef was black and dry. The salad consisted of a few thin strips of lettuce, two small soggy pieces of tomato, two small old looking pickles. I could see the whole burger through the “salad”. The tomato sauce was almost nonexistent and the mayo was not much better.The usual burger juices were not even enough to run out of the burger as expected from a hungry jacks burger.My grandsons cheese burger was no better and he could eat the chips because there was too much salt. He said the coke was good. I can’t say the same about my “thick” shake. It was way to thin to be called thick.My 5yr old grandson ordered nuggets and chips. This child always eats this and asks for more. He took a bite of both and said he didn’t want it.We went to the bin to place the rubbish into it. The bin was so full the flap wouldn’t swing inward. I had obviously not been emptied for some time. It had certainly not been wiped over properly.On the whole the entire dinning area was actually bad enough to be labeled filthy.
